  • Refrain from attempting to manipulate the games or promotions. PlanBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

2. Registration and Account for Players from Bangladesh 

Bangladeshi residents must ensure that online betting and gambling are not prohibited in their local jurisdiction. All information provided during registration must be true and verifiable. PlanBet reserves the right to request documents for identity and location verification.

3. Using the Services in Bangladesh 

Players from Bangladesh can access and use PlanBet’s services provided their actions comply with local laws. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their participation is legal in their region. The company does not accept liability for customers who breach regional gambling laws.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals at PlanBet 

Players can make deposits and request withdrawals using available payment methods. Deposits must be made using accounts in the player’s name. Withdrawals may require verification through KYC procedures. The company reserves the right to block transactions deemed suspicious and request proof of payment source.

5. Bonuses and Promotions 

Bonuses are available only to registered users who meet specific requirements, including identity verification and acceptance of bonus terms. Abuse of bonuses (e.g., multiple accounts, fraudulent activity) may result in forfeiture of bonuses and closure of the account. Bonuses have expiry periods, wagering requirements, and may only be used once per individual/IP/device.

All content on PlanBet.com, including but not limited to logos, software, text, images, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of PlanBet or its licensors. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

7. Fairness & RNG Testing Methods 

PlanBet ensures fairness by using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for non-live games. The RNG guarantees random, unbiased results, ensuring an honest gaming environment. Game fairness is regularly audited and verified.

8. Anti-Money (AML) Laundering 

PlanBet implements robust AML protocols, including transaction monitoring and customer verification. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension or closure. We reserve the right to investigate and report transactions that may involve illicit funds.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Self-Exclusion 

Customers may request self-exclusion for 1 month, 6 months, or 1 year by contacting [email protected]. During this time, access to the account is restricted. Reopening an account before the end of the self-exclusion period is subject to PlanBet’s discretion.

11. KYC 

Customers must complete KYC verification by providing valid identification documents, proof of address, and phone number confirmation. PlanBet may request a selfie with ID or further documentation to validate identity and fund sources, especially in high-risk or high-transaction cases.

12. Resolution of Emerging Disputes 

Disputes should first be addressed to PlanBet’s customer support. If unresolved, customers may escalate the issue via legal means within the jurisdiction of PlanBet’s registered operations. PlanBet aims to resolve disputes fairly, efficiently, and transparently.
